We recommend registering your product within three months of purchase using the form below. Registration isn’t required for coverage and won’t affect your rights under our limited warranty, but it allows us to better support you if an issue comes up. Please note that warranty coverage applies only to products purchased from SYLVANIA PHENOM™ or an authorized U.S. seller, and claims for products from unauthorized sources—including certain online marketplaces—may be denied where permitted by law.
